New Concealed Carry Training Options in 2021
Laws frequently change, so we highly recommend anyone who wants to get their concealed carry permit to do so as soon as possible.
In recent news, the Virginia SB 263 bill has been passed into law. This law states that anyone who wants a Virginia concealed carry permit now needs to complete an in-person handgun training course, as opposed to the previously approved online option.
As stated above, laws frequently change. As of this writing, residents and non-residents may obtain their Maine concealed carry permit training online. Additionally, Virginia recognizes the Maine concealed carry permit. This means if you have a Maine concealed carry permit, you can concealed carry in Virginia.
